cascade update/delete not working mysql?

I have made my foreign key's to cascade update/delete but when delete or update the data , it remains the same?so can anyone help me out to solve this problem :(

Which direction are you expecting the cascade to go? Can you give us an example of your table structure, data, the SQL to run, and the expected results?
