my friends, I've just installed on my notebook Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, but I can not use it at all .. to the friends who had learned in advance so please to share their knowledge ... :)

google is often your best programming buddy. Had you googled for "visual c++ 2010" you would have found links to tutorials and other stuff.

Makes me wonder why you bothered to install the Ultimate edition when you don't have the first clue what to do with it??? Is it an illegal torrent copy? (Of course you don't have to answer that question).
