I don't think Embarcadero is releasing the source code for their components. You can extend them, however.

I have the source for TDataSet
But I can't give it to anyone. I have a special agreement with Borland.
I think it's called an "end user license agreement" or something, but it's very special indeed.
In any case, I use Delphi 6, so I assume it wouldn't work in your Delphi anyway. (Yes, I'm a dinosaur)
