Hi guys,

Im new to this site and also a newbie. I have one question to ask. Perhaps if someone can guide me to right information of relevant material to study i would certainly appreciate very much.

1. Can the network packet header information such as source address and destination address altered programatically ?

I would really appreciate any help. Thank you.
