I'm learning C# but I want code, not visual forms and stuff?

Anyone know of any tutorials focusing on this side?

If you're after a book try O'reilly's Learning C#. It focuses on the language rather than than building GUIs in visual studio. I does assume that you're using VS but it isn't necessary for the most part. I've gone through the vast majority of the book using mono and not had any issues.

Out of 21 chapters there are only two on GUI programming.
If there's a new way, I'll be the first in line.

But, it better work this time.

I have used O'reilly books in the past and have found them very high quality and worth paying for. If you are looking for a book then I suggest you go with Hignar's advice.

O'reilly is not a bad choice indeed however I really like Microsoft Press Microsoft Visual.C.Sharp 2010 Step by Step a whole lot since the structure of the book is very sensible and understandable, but it does include some GUi programming.
