Have you seen IE8 display message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" ?
I just found the solution to handle it and success.

Simply, go to :
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Reset... > OK.
Then, restart your IE.

nomainwin : open "CodeCall" for dialog_nf_modal as #whileTrue : wait

Probably browser connection is somehow overload, and the reset is clearing it. Anyway i don't want to be mean but a better solution is to change your browser with a real one.
