Hi all,

I have been watching the CS106A on youtube (CS106A youtube) and been interesting, learned from new things and also it has other ways of looking at things.. very interesting.. not sure if anyone else has watched it ? or recommends any other videos links from colleges ?

I started watching it. I found it very interesting, but didnt' finish it. Hell, I only saw the first 30 min :D

There is another Java lesson, from Berkley. YouTube - CS 61B Lecture 1 - Course Overview

I'll continue to watch the Stanford course though, since i find it more interesting, and also because the teacher from Berkley does have some flaws in his code and sometimes uses outdated methods.

yeah.. ksemeks, the stanford one is very interesting to watch, I am going to watch the rest in the series as such, CS106A/B/L/X hopefully. watching them on my iphone mainly.. whilst I have the time, find it harder to watch on the PC.. not sure if you find the same ?

I have watched the CS106A course and also done the assignments from there website :)

assignment 1 Karel world
assignment 2 Part 1 of the 6 problems
assignment 3 Break out game
assignment 4 Yahtzee (extensions)
assignment 5 face pamphet (extensions)
assignment 6 adventure game

found them very interesting, if anyone wants to grade them :). I am going to do the CS106B next .. I am finding this re-interesting me back into programming which helps allot :)
