I have created a thread on VB6 of my code at:

Is there any equivalent code or algorithm to do a similar job as explained in that thread, in C?

I’ll be appreciative for any help on this matrix problem. The code is written in VB6 but an equivalent form in C with the objectives laid out satisfying 65536 unique combinations would be a treat!
