Hello everyone . I want to make a project in php , but it should be a little different from all those common projects like reservation system , hotel management , so can anyone give me some good idea?

Struggling my brain but could not get anything further than: stock record keeping, invoicing system, support ticket system. :$

use PHP to make an online sidescrolling game engine and use a database to hold information about characters and make it an online multiplayer game.

Well, currently the game I am working on involves hundreds of mini projects.. the side scrolling is a navigational menu which is in a solid state, sort of like the bottom bar on facebook. It is always there and is updated via dynamic ajax script.
