so i a getting into programming for the final time after many failed attempts at python. i did some research, and discovered that C was a good language for popular applications. so im going to give C an honest effort. My end goal is to create an really complicated iPhone app. I know that that iphone uses cocoa touch and objective-c, so i think im starting in the right place. but i have a question. i was looking for some official C documentation, and I found The C Standard Library

I was wondering if this is a bug chunk of the language. It seems too small a page to be the whole language. I know that all the stuff on that page is preprocessor stuff. I think. I say that because i just read Beginning C programming tutorial by The Linux Information Project and i picked up some good ideas and such. so a little clarification is needed. also, I am getting the C programming book this weekend. The second edition one, the one written by the authors of C. ive read its a really good book. but please clarify that first link.
