You want PHP to do something like that? If were just talking about the software part of this you'd have to find a way to make it readable by PHP (you) find a way to distinguish the voice from the vocals in this form, which I'm sure is a problem in itself! Then you gotta recompile it.

You could have your server run that software and PHP interact with it... might be easier but you'd have to limit how many people can use it at once or you could get flooded easily.
