about me: a high school student with too much time (surprisingly enough I have pretty much no extra time, but I'm good at procrastinating). I've worked with HTML and graphic design before so I would definitely love to help whoever wants to try taking this up, I just don't have the skills to complete it on my own. Feel free to use the final product however you want, put it in your portfolio or sell it for millions. I only want credit if its being released as a product so I can brag to my friends, and a copy for myself of course.

Project overview: web page based format. References certain designated folders on one's computers and displays their content (not a physical copy, just the name). Other people signed up on the website can see this information and rate it/request for a trade.

Depthier:
A user's "profile" would show this file list so friends could see what they were listening to find new music. Or from a business aspect look to see how far someone is getting on a project.

People can rate music etc to recommend it to people.

The request function would be to trade CD's etc. A boss could request a copy of a business proposal to review it.

Required programing parts:
-folder referencer
-log in function
-rating system
-request system
-PM system (no necessary, could be done through e-mail)


Does this sound feasible to you guys? I apologize if I sound stupid, I really know next to nothing about programing besides basic HTML.
