I want to open a connection between the PC .. to another PCs .. to transfer of live video from the PC.. to PCs ..as the same as television broadcasting,,,

I read these links ..

But I need to explain and Illustrate the steps of work from the outset ..
How to open the connection .. Then how write the software application in C# to capture and display
live video streaming ??

What are you using to Get the Video ?
Web Cam, Video Capture Card, TV Tuner Card ?
