Try logging in using SYSMAN and the password "admin". This is default on the installation. You need to go in to the admin page URL and make sure that your user is set up. The url should be something like http://<computername>.<domain/workgroup>:1589/em/ or something like that.

Were you able to log in using the SYSMAN user? Did you go to the admin page and enable a new user? What happened?

i don't know about going to admin page and enabling the user , how to do that , the link to iSQL for my pc is http://ahmed-pc:5560...lplus/login.uix just asks for username and password and a connection identifier which i think is not necessary

You need to go to your admin page located at an address similar to this: http://<computername>.<domain/workgroup>:1589/em/ Then enter the user SYSMAN and pw "admin" then go to the management tab and enable a new user.
