Hey guy's.

Basically I'm programming two pieces of software, an issue tracking/bug tracking manager written in PHP and a Website/Community Building Platform.

How can I advertise these effectively without costing me an arm and a leg, free if possible.

What method's do you suggest?

I'm on Launchpad, I will get a SourceForge soon.
