I have a problem.. My mouse lags all the time.. it pisses me really off.. I can't do anything.
My computer doesn't lag.. CPU usage is okay.. I have enough free RAM (over 1 GB).. music doesn't lag but my mouse stops in random places.. I don't know what's wrong..
can you tell me what's wrong?

What kind of mouse? What kind of surface are you using it on?
Infared and Laser usually do not do that well on very shiny or textured surfaces.

Welll.. yea it's an infrared mouse.. BUT.. maybe it's some kind of windows problem.. because now sometimes this mouse crashes and it doesn't move anymore. so I have to restart..

Is the mouse on battery? If it is, batteries're weak. Replace them.
If it's not on batteries, than you might 'broke' in some way the optic cable of the mouse, or it's the moues'es laser which is not working properly or it's the windows driver that is corrupted.
I think you have a wireless mouse, right?
