Is There Anywhere That I Can Download The Full Free Version Of MS Visual Basic And Not Just The 2mb Installer? ?

Well this is link for 2008 Express Version but its all of them in one, all i could find. You could try downloading through torrent files: Download details: Visual Studio 2008 Express Edition

I'm fairly sure that the express edition is a free version but it still works the same.

Microsoft Express Downloads

Visual Basic 2010 Express is now available.

2010 has one lovely feature.
When you've got multiple Class files, you can now open them in multiple floating windows (Great for Dual Monitor Setups) so you can view your Main Program & your Sub Classes at the same time.
