I will pay $15 PayPal to anyone who can complete this example project. There is 1 form and 1 button, that's all. If you're good with Windows API then this should be effortless.

Details

I'm making an experimental project that is like a command center type of program for windows. It enhances windows features, adds some new things, fixes what I think are flaws, and in general it makes windows a better operating system while still respecting the current windows features and not crossing the line. I have to admit though, this little puppy does fix some critical mistakes in windows and advances a lot of features. Adds a few of them too.

One of them is detailed in the project files I've attached below. There is 1 button right on the middle of the form that you can take a swing at. The requirements and things are listed in the comments of the button.

$15 to anyone who can get that button to do what it's supposed to do. Must meet all requirements and work exactly as requested in the comments of the code in order to receive payment. There is VERY little coding required for this, but you will probably have to mess around with the API.

ADDED:
Requires about 10 to 20 lines of basic API code.

Declare 2 API functions and then use the 2 different API functions in the button. There is 4 lines of code (Maybe 5 or 6), and those 4 lines of code do the job. Now you have to make it work in real-time. There is another 4 to 5 lines of code.

10 lines of code. It could be more or less of course depending on how you go about accomplishing the real time solution, and I'm betting more. Point is that it's 10 to 20 lines of code all together and most of those lines are short non complicated easy lines of coding.

As I said, effortless for anyone good with API. I saved the coder some time by explaining how 2 of the API functions I used probably won't work and then gave them the API functions that will work so that they don't have to find it themselves.
