why gcc compiler is best compiler for c++ and have microsoft compiler for C++ ability as same as gcc ?

GCC is not the best compiler, but it is cross-platform. Microsoft's compiler only works on Windows.

gcc is free. You also don't have to find the button to press to compile, just type gcc on the command line.
