Hi everyone

I new to the forum and have a question hopefully some of you can help me with. I have a few websites and am interested in putting an "instant quote form" on my website. Basically the customer would enter some basic information and be provided a quote based on the values entered. Does anyone know where I might buy the code/software that would allow me to add such a feature to my website.
