Hey,

Since my programming skills are not that good and I need a database with specific requirements, I plan on outsourcing the job.

My skills aren’t even good enough to know what to ask for (on a more technical level), thus I was hoping you guys could help me by pointing me in the right direction of what it is I need.

I need a database that receives simple data (standardized inputs of a form; think of a questionnaire) from several computers via the internet.
The idea is related to sales, so sellers would fill out the required fields containing the information regarding the buyers and my idea would be for an application to send this information to a central system in order for the buyer’s order to be processed.
A transaction key would need to be created in order to track the order but that is basically it.

Is it possible to create such a database on a low budget?

You need more than a database, you need something to populate the data into the database.

It sounds like you need a sales application/web-app that happens to use a database.
