Looking for someone who understands the front end and back end of the flash environment in order to create streaming video email that integrates powerpoint, flv and jpg formats, and a complete webcast solution. We have seen other companies that have built this application using flash and we are looking to do the same. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

A spammer's worst nightmare
There's a few issues with what you've said:
1) It doesn't necessarily require flash. There are several other languages, including java, that can do this as well.
2) You don't have a clearly defined requirement. Video email/webcasting needs could range anywhere from "I want to embed YouTube videos on my site" to "I want to hold live meetings with my customers" to ...
3) It is very possible the software you need already exists. Products like Camtasia and GoToMeeting both come to mind as possibilities, depending on the details of what you're trying to accomplish.
Ultimately, you don't seem to know what you're looking for, which is why you aren't finding it.
