Hi dear Codecallers... :cursing:
I am very frustrated about this problem because i simply dont know the solution.

Every app i make using Visual Basic.NET 2008 Express Edition wont start on other PCs.
It gives me "send/dont send" error...

Every computer has the same windows and same service pack... help! =(
