Brief description:
I am currently managing a project and already have a site admin and beta testers lined up. I need a programmer fluent in php and possibly mysql. We will create a game like Mafia Wars or more specifically, War2072(.com), which is a very simple, text based browser setup, no free roam, not even any 2d or 3d graphics, strictly text.


Target aim:
Freeware mmrpg, pay for game perks.

Compensation:
Compensation will be based on game success/profit sharing. This has the potential to begin earning immediately, as the business model is free to play, while paying for game perks.

Technology:
PHP

Talent needed:
One baaaad Programmer (bad meaning good... and notice how i capitalized the "P" cause thats how important you are!)

Team structure:
Project Leader - Me
I will utilize my marketing, advertising, and PR skills to do all the leg work, and to bring in players and recruit staff members. I am very confident that with the right programmer, this will be very successful.
I have worked as a staff member on various other games and have watched this exact business model rise to a level of steady monthly income.
