Well, have you checked your backlinks? Do you have useful, innovative, non-obvious tips?

Having glanced briefly at your site, I would not link to it as a resource. It seems like all you're doing is aggregating bookmarks, not providing content yourself. The result is that you are helping the sites you link to, but not yourself.

Try to get as many backlinks to your site as possible, with good anchor text. Posting in other blogs with content similar to yours and linking to your website is a good way to build links. You might also want to consider writing articles and submitting them to free article databases or submitting your site to free directories such as dmoz.

Also you might want to make all outgoing links on your site rel="nofollow" so that the sites don't steal the "PR Juice" from you.

And one more thing: PR doesn't update every day, it usually updates every few months so it will take a little while for you to see a change in your page rank.

Quackware and WingedPanther are pretty much spot on, you can also try increasing your traffic, although high traffic is not directly related to an increase in page rank, it can definitley help spread your link around the web.

Have a look at a thread I created on ways to get free traffic:

By the way spamming forums (What you are doing in the Introductions section (intentional or not)) is not recommended, and not just from this forums point of view... It is usually better to actually provide relevant content to your post in a forum you are trying to get a link from...

@nastydevil is right, posting in a forum just with your link in the signature probably won't improve the PR of your site much. If I were a user, I will not buy linking service from some one who does not appear to be an expert in the SEO field.

As others mentioned, the best way is to provide relevant information on your site that is also search engine / SEO friendly.

Again, best way is to provide relevant information on your site that is also search engine / SEO friendly. How many pages do you have on your site.. how relevant are those pages.. are people interested in what you have to write? If not, people will not show up on the site. You might get a few people who read this thread and click on your signature, but will that really give you enough traffic to justify the work?? What if, one day, we decide to remove people's signatures? You would've lost all the links you've been placing...
