There is no rest of it. The book was made entirely by volunteer(s), and it obviously isn't finished. Since it's Wikibooks, you can edit the book and share some of your own knowledge.

In case you're interested, Bruce Eckel's Thinking in C++ series is an excellent (and FREE!) book.

arg, I tried to post it as a link and I can't because I just registered!
