Any ideas? :cursing:
This is the message I received from my developer...
I need a travel api with an opened its plateform for developers.
I have checked all the API's, and none of them has opened its platform for developers except yahoo.
But we cannot use yahoo api because of authentication requirements for users for performing most of the tasks.

Could you elaborate on exactly what you mean by "travel API"?
Assuming you mean a library to embed a map into in a web page, you could try and assess the OpenLayers project to see if it can provide the functionality you need.

What I need (I'm not a developer) is a travel "option" for users to book flights, hotels etc. I have a social networking site with an auction, classifieds, video chat etc. as well, just want to give the option to plan travel. I like Dopplr, but it seems it would take a lot of time to implement into my current site.

Is this a C/C++ question at all?

Did you tried Tixik.com (Travel and holiday - TIXIK.com) API (Tixik.com API - TIXIK.com) ? This is unknown project nowadays, but they have a lot of good content, which you can not find at big player's API at all.
