Okay well i don't know how to install it, nore run it , nore use it.
I can read tutorials about it but the installing part is driving me crazy.

Can anyone like push me a little ? I can learn while learning to GUI with C.

It's probably already installed, though you may need to use Synaptic (under the system administration menu) to install the debug version of the GTK library.
