Interesting. The forum posts requirements, are those posts we made here in codecall or some other forum? And, this is simply from curiosity, why do I want offshore hosting? And where actually it is?

The domain url4free.net does not appear to exist as of this post, I would advise you to update it to url4free.com or inform about its current stature.

Their forum, I suppose it is a way to bring in money for advertising to support hosting costs. I doubt it is an "off shore" host though (too expensive) most likely across seas, exact same legal safehousing more or less.
