Hello im looking for a good book to begin with.
i have c++ programming by stephen prata.
and i find it nice however im looking for a "smaller" alternative to start with.
so if you are an expearienced programmer that started out using books my eyes are open for replies :)

ps. i dont know where to post this so i just posted it in the c/c++ part of the forum. sry if i used the wrong section

O'Reillys books are usually pretty good for the beginner.O'Reilly C++ books.

Brian Overland - C++ Without Fear

This is the best book that you could get, i learned C++ very well, fast and easy from it.

Im using C++ Primer 5th Edition best c++ book ive ever read
