Hello everyone,

I am a web designer and have a client who wants a site built in php and some other languages like javascript. I am only a beginner in the php language so i am looking for someone i can give the job to.

Someone who is reliable, honest and have a good background in programming
Here are some of the requirements for the website..

1) storing thousands of users that have created an account and more in the future
-those users will all have their own personal account page where uploaded files and downloaded files automatically appears in their account page once they upload or download a file through the upload or download page from our database that you will create
-showing a status bar of their downloads, uploads and points available to use towards downloads and uploads

2) issuing points
- ex, once they upload a file, for example, when a user uploads a file, they are credited
1 point right away and taking away points instantly when they download a file depending on how many points it is needed to download that file.
- points credited to their account instantly when they sign up
- points credited to their account instantly when they refer a friend
- also able to credit points to their account instantly when they purchase points using a online merchan taccount, so basically an icon that tracks their available credits


3) setting up limitations on users such as how many files they can download, and how many files they can upload
