Memory addresses

Writes binary right handed and hex left handed

Programming Language:Java, C#, PHP, Python, JavaScript, PL/SQL, Visual Basic .NET, Lua, ActionScript

When I'm using ReadProcessMemory in VB.NET it don't work and I believe it's because I'm using the wrong memory address, how should I formate it and how can I receive a memory address from a process(in any way, not in VB.NET).
