Nice interview, and it's great to get to know the new webmaster better!
Though we may be philosophically opposed, I think we see eye-to-eye with goals for CodeCall, and I hope you really are ready to invest what is necessary to get this to be the resource for programmers. You mention "web developers"... don't forget us application and system programmers now! :P
