I want to download compilers for some archaic languages, namely Fortran, Lisp, and Prolog, so I can start writing some exotic legacy programs. I am certain that these languages are still alive, but I don't know where I can find compilers that are available for modern OSs, namely Mac OS X. Can anyone give me any pointers?

GCC has a compiler for FORTRAN (all caps, of course :P)
Co-admin John has done some Lisp stuff, he probably knows what to use for that. Maybe other members too - what do I know..
I don't know about any Mac compilers for Prolog

There are Common Lisp compilers made by GNU. I just downloaded it for both Windows and Linux, so Mac shouldn't be a problem. Lisp isn't exactly "ancient". Amazingly enough, GNU is on top of Prologas well.
