If it's like their other 2009 products, there's a decent chance it's a zipped set of xml files.

If you've got a file, try opening it with WinZip or 7zip.

i cannot edit with winzip, may you have any idea which files contains resources to edit

Odds are it's binary data. Unless you can get documentation on the file format from Microsoft, you may be out of luck.
