I have domain name for example : hag.doman.tld or domain.tld
I want to make username for it look like cPanel.

I have no clue what you mean, how could a username look like an administrative interface?

I think cpanel allows you to choose your username, I could be wrong, mine limited mine to the first 9 characters of my domain I think when I first signed up.

"hag.domain.tl" => "hagdomain"
