hi friends, Im looking for help with a project i have to made for my exam, notice i just start the education in c# .net from 2 months and they give us very big project that we dont know anything about how to make it !!!

actually its 2 projects one for database and xml, the second is for c#. its better if we merge the poth projects in one.

Im looking for some one to start with me step by step (i prefear in yahoo messenger so we can talk live)

IM GONNA PAY THE FRIEND WHO FIND A TIME FOR ME AND HELP ME IN THIS

The assignment for data base and xml:

You work for the real estate agency, Better Homes. You want your customers to be able to see the real estate you offer. This data is stored in a database. You also want to show what three other real estate agents have on offer. You get this information in the form of XML files and their associated DTDs.
Requirements:
• The database must be normalized to the third degree
• The database must connect the real estate with the owners (only employees can see information about the owners)
• The database should also display information about the local area
• Searches for real estate results in lists with small pictures and basic information. Detailed information and large pictures on each piece of real estate should be displayed when clicked.
• Save viewing (potential buyers that visit the real estate on sale) statistics in the database. An owner can have more than one house. (only employees can see this information)
• Save online view statistics in the database (only employees can see this information)
• Use one or more trigger
• Use one or more stored procedures
• You must demonstrate the use of XML validation

The solution can be integrated with your solution for Web Programming and Networks if you take that class as well.

The assignment for c#:
You have been assigned to produce a module that handles personnel and customer data. The module should function as part of an online web application for the real estate agency, Better Homes.
There are two types of personnel: administrators and ordinary employees. Only administrators can change personnel data. Regular employees cannot. Customers can change their own data; however, they cannot change their phone numbers and what properties they have for sale. The module is also used to verify user for the entire web application which includes other modules.
Requirements backend:
The system must be object oriented
Inheritance should be used
You should use the model-view-control patterns and/or other relevant patterns
The system must have a web interface
Your data must be true to life; however, exceptions can be made in cases where it will make the system much too complicated
Data must be persistent

You should ask questions here on the forum, which most people can answer for free. You shouldn't need anyone to step you through it, that's what your class is for. You also want to avoid plagiarism, which would result from basically letting someone do it for you. Why not do your best, and ask for advice when you need it here on the forums?

hmm, I didn't say that pleas someone make the project for me and I pay him!!! so pleas read better next time!

what I said , that i need someone to guide me making this project step by step, just like a teacher and I pay for the time and work that this guy will give me.

its not a shame to ask for a teacher on line I think!

with this this step by step that i will work for the project with this teacher, sure i will learn because I'm gonna make it (the project) by his/her help

I already start with something on a paper about what tables could help:

Estate table(will include)
estate ID(primary key)
owner
area
rooms numbers
price
estate type ID
year of built
address
estate agent ID
picture (here i don't know how it have the pic in the table or how!?)
local area(here the teacher want to see the estate in google map!!! i dont know if it can in the tables or where and how)

the second table is for the owner

i think we have to make one table for cutomers that will log in, so when they log in and fill the information. this information should stor in the database, so maybe we have to make a table for them also

also according to the assaiment, he said it should be more three estate agents, so maybe that need also a table in the database!!!

Estate type looks odd, more like the data that would be in it. Also, you haven't specified your data types.
