Hi everyone

I need the code for this. It is a hard problem for me, and no one seems to know the answer.

I need the code to "select all friends" and "send to all friends" for a Facebook Application.

Important things to note:
- Notifications can be sent to those without application installed as well
- You can select all friends with 1 click
- You can send to all friends in 1 click
