How about a survey program? You can collect information about the person taking the survey, then ask the questions in the survey. Finally, you could have a report that lets you view results based on participant criteria (age, gender, etc).

It's just a program that surveys a user about his/her opinion.

I can easily see having 20 tables for this project. Moreover, the ability to report on the results based on filters will take a LOT longer than you think. You're talking about having two programs: a survey program to collect data from users, and a management program for setting up the questions, and reviewing the results. For each survey you could have a list of user characteristics, options for each characteristic, a list of survey questions, and options for answers. By having multiple surveys, and results, you could create a very flexible system. With a wireless network, you could actually go to shopping centers (malls, etc) and conduct random interviews for companies to make money with it :)

At least in the US, there are companies that will wander around shopping malls conducting interviews. They used to do this on paper, but a small program like this could save them manual data entry :)
