I wanted to make this announcement in the dedicated forum, but it appears I do not have access to it. Could it be okay to make an announcement regarding the new stable release of Java Monkey Engine in here?

Yep, that I was. It appears I do not have the necessary privileges to make an announcement on that forum, so I'm wondering if 'Java Help' would be the next best board to announce it in, or maybe I could have the privilege to make the post?

Like Shaddix said, it is a 3D (game) engine, and it is most definitely useful ^^

Making a tutorial is a good suggestion. I was not sure if you guys would accept a tutorial strictly for a third-party application instead of just general Java programming. I'll have a talk with the developers about it :)

By posting this, in a way you already have. See, the Announcements board is probably read less than the Java Help one, specifically by people interested in Java. :P
