hi guy,
as some of you know, i want to take the zend certification. i studied both books and the sample exams and im going to take the exam at Saturday the 12th not the next one. :worry:
im so worried, my weak points are streams :crying: and datetime stuff. what shall i do to prepare for the exam, read the books again?
also if you know any good php streams tutorials let me know, i searched all over the internet and cant find one.

I have a few ebooks if you wanna IM me I have a download link via my site. I am sure they cover all the basics. I even think I have the book your referring too.
I'd just grab the function play around with it, I think Jordan has flash cards you can use.

Actually I bought that tech design with like 2 other tech layouts from a real designer lol.
I cannot design worth crap lol

wow are you serious? :O Then getting the certification would mean that you are one of few that knows the most about the language constructs?

If you feel like you don't know enough about a particular subject, do it. I didn't know anything about SimpleXML since I always used the DOM object so I started using it in practice scripts. I even wrote a tutorial about it (which I never published). They say the best way to learn is to teach. Many of the PHP tutorials I wrote were during my study time.
The test is much more simple than the online Zend tests that you bought, IMO.
The certification does help. I've gotten several PHP job offers for PHP developer positions since having it but they have all required moving.
