Working in a professional environment where you have to deal with customers regularly does a great job of removing curse words from your vocabulary.

I curse occasionally (1-3 words per week) at home. I'm a firm believer that the over-use of cursing dilutes its impact. When I curse, it has punch because I curse so infrequently. It has far more punch around friends/coworkers than around my wife, because she hears it far more often than they do (no, I don't curse AT her, just AROUND her).
I also don't consider some words, such as "hell", to be a curse word, even though I know some people who do.

Well in all I agree with WP that "hell" is not a curse word, in the right context anyways. I believe that since humans invented the human languages and each individual decides what a word means to him/her just usually some words are considered "curse words" and some are not, to the group of humans as a whole.
But if you do not consider it cursing, then is it really cursing to you? But would it be to somebody else? Maybe, but you will never know unless they say so.
