Hello everyone, as some of you "older" members know, I'm Logan. I was an active member from about October, until... March? I'm not sure, but somewhere around April, lol. I'm reintroducing myself for the newer members so they can get to know me, also. I'm 13 now, as you know from the little box somewhere up in the > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ area. I program VB .NET and I'm(still) starting to learn C#. I hate the C languages, though, so my progress has been very minimal. ;P I also programmed XNA for a while. - I was gonna make a web browser, but that didn't work out too well. :P I have decided to start again, though, because my computer doesn't have enough room to download the DirectX SDK and all the other crap I download on a daily basis. I really need to get an external harddrive, lol. Today I tried to make a random thing in VB where when you press W, A, S, or D, a button moves until it hits one of the sides, but VB sucks at having commands to move buttons, so that didn't work out. Before that I was trying to make an animation for a friend where a tire spins when you hit the start button and stops when you hit the stop button, but it closed before I built it. -_- I quit after that... Jordan, you should make a journal section, this would be more appropriate as a journal than an introduction, lol. I got carried away with the typing, hehe. So, ask questions, and I might answer them.
The best member ever, besides Jordan, Amr, Xav(wherever he may be) and the mods, and Co-Admin/s,

Logan

That reminds me, has anyone found out where Xav went, or what happened to him? I really miss his witty comments. =(

Welcome back. You should develop a UPnP media player for the Xbox 360 - the default one sucks - I cant keep track of what I've watched.

Welcome back Logan! Glad to have you back. :) The blog section could be used as a journal, ya know. ;)

@John: You're crazy. Move watched movies into a new folder (maybe named "watched") and don't enter that folder on your xbox. :)

I am open to ideas for an xbox application. I have no ideas whatsoever. I forgot about the blog thing, lol.

That would break my organization. I have

-> TV
->->All My Series
-> Movies
->->All my generas
->->->Movies

Plus, if you have like 300gb of videos, it takes forever for xbox to index them. Their algorithms need some serious tweaking.

Well, I guess I'm only going to be developing for computers... *sniffle hic* The creators club thing is overly expensive for me, so I guess my game developing will be stuck here, for the moment, at least.

Ah, I don't save many movies. If it is good I throw it in the "watched" folder and we usually buy it at the store later. Otherwise, it gets deleted.

Holy crap, Vswe, how did you get over 4 thousand posts in 4 and a half months?! That's insane... "Posts Per Day: 39.00" That's more than what Xav's was. -_-
