Since he is releasing it for free I am going to assume he is releasing it under one of the open source licenses - probably the GPL. Whether or not you can use it depends on whether or not your commercial products license is compatible with his.

Good , but i found the pictures took long time to load , the slide effect with photoStock below the main show is buggy
still feel lot of refinements to be done
