I can sleep a day away pretty f***ing easy. I go to bed whenever I get tired unless I have school. If I do have school I go to bed around Midnight and get up around 7:30AM. I'm a grouchy ass morning person though.
What time do you go to bed, and wake up?

Im a pretty decent morning person, I use to have to wake up at 4am, I didnt have a car and I opened a fast food restaurant.
I try to sleep by 12, get up around 6.

I usually do best if I get to sleep between 9 or 10. I like to get up by 6, but often snooze to 7:30.

I'm a night owl, used to wake up at 14:30 or so and go to sleep at 06:30 or 07:00. I've been trying to fix my sleep habits though, since normally I'm up all night coding, asleep all day not being in the heat.
My computer doesn't care when I work. :)

I go to bed around 23:00. When I was at school I used to wake up at 7, but now on holidays I wake up at 8. :)

I TRY to be in bed by 11, watch some TV on my PC, TRY to be asleep by 12, but...I have 4 children, going to bed when I want to doesn't always work. I get up around 7:30 on weekdays, 9 on weekends.

Hey,
i am a student so time management is key issue for me, i usually sleep early and try to wake up early in the morning. I think its also good for health to wake up early and do some jogging.
