Posted via CodeCall Mobile ok, so ive been watching a couple shows recently on the science channel about space and the universe and different theories about it. The point is that i have become fascinated with that whole subject all of a sudden and cant get enough of people like michio kaku talking about the mysteries and physics of our universe. I also would like to know if anyone else shares this fascination about the amazing vastness and seemingly endless amount of starts and planets and galaxies in the sky. P.S-that took a long time to write on my mobile lol

I think this is a common trait in geeks/nerds. :)
I love the stars, the universe and science. I am deeply intrigued by the unknown which is probably why I am attracted to science fiction such as star wars, star trek, etc. I can sit and watch Discovery channel all day long.

Yeah, how can we be alone with so many stars and galaxies?

But maybe we are looking for the 'wrong' form of life?

Well.. to us humans (and other creatures on earth) a form of life is there where there is Water.. but that is for us humans.. it does not mean it will be the same of other creatures on other planets.

True, no telling what other lifeforms will need to sustain life or what shape/form they will be in. If we look at the shapes of nature around us, it seems like aliens could really be in any form.

Yeah and could be not detectable by our current technology.. for example for us DNA is something that every life form should have.. but it does not mean that Aliens will have DNA.. and besides that.. what will happen if we will encounter another life form sometime?
