lol @ Blaine - added to the "What mad you laugh" thread

I say being "in shape" is more of a feeling, than a look. When you've exercised over a long period of time you feel better. You have less stress, sleep better, need less sleep, have more energy, etc... It is like eating healthy or eating bad, you can feel the difference.

I bet if somebody made like a mini bike thing you can do while you sit down in your office chair - just like a little pedal thing you can do while you work... wont give you much room to move around tho if its stationary tho

I normally go to the gym but it gets boring after a while. Recently I have been doing other things to stay active. I mountain bike, run, play raquetball, Martial Arts, and I recently trained for and participated in the MS 150.

When I was at college I would do several hours of (English) football daily. I also walked about two miles daily on top of that.

I also play several hours of roller hockey at the weekend. And do some other activities like this:

take a look at the Go Ape experience

I don't stay in shape. I can't lose wait for the life of me (-_-) . Before I started collage I worked out 3 hours a day and still waid in at 390 lb. I haven’t worked out at all sense starting collage and I am down to 354 lb but I have gotten even fatter than before. The problem is that I am a picky eater. I only like a few foods and those foods are bad for you (bar chicken ...... mmmmmmm). I am trying to eat salads, yogurt, fruit, and other disgusting foods that are good for you; but I am finding it hard to stick to a diet when my parents keep bringing my fave foods home and no veggies of any type.

Lets see:
height: 73"
age: 21
**: male
weight: 283lbs
Calories Burned: 55 calories per hour

Not bad :) But not nearly enough :P

I have lost 10 pounds in the past 6 weeks now. My secret: eating right, limiting my calorie intake to 2000, no soda (pop), lots of movement in my chair while sitting (twisting, rocking etc), 6 meals of 300 calories a day, and lots of standing when possible.

I also add a lot of walking into my day (about 1 hour 30 minutes total but not continuous).
