Now when this battle has ended we have decided who won. Since there were only two people who joined it wasn't so much work for me and PythonPower.
The people who joined was:
WingedPanther with C++
ohmusama with PHP
After checking if the programs work we only got WingedPanther left. So you're the winner.
I looked forward to judge some programs... ...but... ...where were everyone?

I'll be happy to post my code, for those who want to see it. I can also post the failed (from a run-time perspective) code that I had to abandon and various notes I made.

A spammer's worst nightmare
The zip file has my official entry. The code is pretty well commented and includes windows builds.
The .cpp file is my alpha attempt. It was very useful for testing the working version, but a few trivial tests will make it clear that it's useless for solving the problem.
The .txt file explains my thinking as I worked through the problem.
