Dear All,

I am glad to join such a forum.
I am studying Bioinfomatics. I am interested in many programming languages, specially perl. I prefer perl because it is the most powerful language in string processing & regular expression. I welcome anyone has the same interests or hasn't the same interest. I welcome anyone to contact me...

really I am a beginner, I am trying to design scripts to make me able to analyze results much better. I am working in Comparative genomics fields. I need to make Biological data & results more readable for humans. may be extracting important lines of words, or plotting graphs,....

in the next stage i need to learn how to design tools for comparative genomics, also this will be my master degree thesis...
