Why would you use notepad if you use Dreamweaver?

Because when i do my coding at college it's in notepad. They don't have Dreamweaver installed on the machines we use.

But when i'm at home i use Dreamweaver.

Hi I run a dance studio and have a Joomla website that has 3 sections. The main site, a community section ran on NING.com and a WP Blog all attached and integrated into Joomla 1.5 My designer did it all and he's great. Although now I'm having to be a quick study and figure out things. I have a bunch of kinks and updates as well as trying to increase our ratings and content. I don't know much about web designing or coding but I am trying hard to learn some to survive.
